It also manufactures a variety of auxilly foundry products and with the great reputation established over past 20 years, Kailin’s products have been exported to over 15 countries. Today, Kailin Foundry Material is the largest ceramic foundry sand manufacturing company in China

    ● In August 1999, Luoyang Kailin Casting Material Co., Ltd. was established
    ● January 2000, “Baozhusha” was named and promoted in “Casting” magazine

  • 2001

    ●In February 2001, Luoyang Kailin Casting Co., Ltd. Baozhu Sand Exported to Japan Yamakawa Industry Co., Ltd.

  • 2005~2006

    ●In October 2005, Luoyang Kailin Casting Material Co., Ltd. patent application for Baozhu sand, application number 20051001799.6

    ●In January 2006, Luoyang Kailin Casting Material Co., Ltd. passed the ISO9001 quality system certification.

  • 2007

    ●In February 2007, Luoyang Kailin Casting Material Co., Ltd. Gongyi Production Plant was successfully put into operation

  • 2009~2010

    ●In February 2009, Luoyang Kailin Casting Material Co., Ltd. “Kailin” trademark registration

    ●In October 2010, Luoyang Kailin Casting Co., Ltd. Shijiazhuang production plant was successfully put into operation

  • 2012

    ●In June 2012, Luoyang Kailin Casting Co., Ltd. registered the trademark of Baozhu Sand.

  • 2013

    ●In April 2013, Luoyang Kailin Casting Co., Ltd. laid the foundation for the Huayang Industrial Cluster Zone in Mengjin County

    ●In June 2013, Luoyang Kailin Casting Co., Ltd. developed a golden a fortune sand and named it “Golden Sand”, which was recognized by US customers.

  • 2015

    ●In April 2015, Luoyang Kailin Casting Material Co., Ltd. was recommended as the vice chairman unit by Henan Casting and Forging Industry Association.

    ●In June 2015, Luoyang Kailin Casting Co., Ltd. participated in the GIFA exhibition in Düsseldorf, Germany.

    ●In December 2015, Toyota Motor Corporation of Japan visited Kailin Baozhu Sand

  • 2016

    ●In October 2016, Luoyang Kailin Casting Co., Ltd. “Baozhu Sand” and “Kailin” were awarded the famous trademarks of Henan Province.

  • 2018

    ●In January 2018, the Baozhu sand standard formulated by China Foundry Association and Luoyang Kailin Casting Material Co., Ltd. and related units was implemented on May 31, 2018.

    ●In May 2018, Luoyang Kailin Casting Co., Ltd. undertook the China Foundry Association casting science film “Boulding Sand” for launching in Beijing

    ●In October 2019, Kailin Foundry Material Co., Ltd Mianchi Production Plant was successfully put into operation

    ●In December 2019, Kailin Foundry Material Co., Ltd Yangquan Production Plant was successfully put into operation
